We sourced a modular brick profile in character with the neighborhood and laid it in traditional Flemish bond — a pattern that demands precision at every course, and rewards it with an elevation of real depth.

A field supervisor is on-site daily. Every course, every joint, and every transition detail is checked before the next lift. Photos are taken at each inspection point.
